Digital Products - No Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, once the execution has begun with the customer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
By confirming their order, the customer expressly acknowledges that:
they wish to access the purchased digital content immediately,
they waive their statutory right of withdrawal once the product has been delivered by email or made available for download.
In Switzerland, no statutory right of withdrawal exists for distance sales. Similarly, under U.S. law applicable to our company, all digital product sales on our platform are considered final and non-refundable, regardless of the customer's country of purchase.
Exceptions - Technical Issues
Although purchases are non-refundable, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you experience:
technical issues preventing download or access to the files,
corrupted or incomplete files,
accidental duplicate purchases,
