Digital Products - No Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>

In accordance with European Directive 2011\/83\/EU<\/strong> and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations<\/strong>, the right of withdrawal does not apply<\/strong> to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, once the execution has begun with the customer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.<\/p>

By confirming their order, the customer expressly acknowledges that:<\/p>

  • they wish to access the purchased digital content immediately,<\/p><\/li>

  • they waive their statutory right of withdrawal once the product has been delivered by email or made available for download.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
