• and they waive their right of withdrawal once the product has been delivered by email or made available for download.

According to Swiss law, no statutory right of withdrawal is required for distance sales. Therefore, all digital product sales on our platform are final and non-refundable, whether the purchase is made from Switzerland or from a country within the European Union.
